Series "4". Spanish Colonies. Collection of mainly mint stamps from a Scott specialty album with issues to the 1960's. Most of these stamps are very inexpensive, yet beautiful with themes reprensative of the country. Spanish Colonies are missing from most general worldwide collections. They are usually difficult to obtain and are priced at an unusually high percentage of Scott catalogue.
